Automated System for the taxi movement, counting, monitoring, services and charges at KLIA, Sepang, for ALM.

2. Kulim District, Kedah, Malaysia - Local Plan Study
Main consultant for Transportation and Traffic - responsible for the production of Local Transport Plan for 2004-2020 for the district. The project was for the Department of Town and Country Planning, Malaysia and the Kulim District and Municipality, State of Kedah.

3. Padang Terap District, Kedah, Malaysia - Local Plan Study
Main consultant for Transportation and Traffic - responsible for the production of Local Transport Plan for 2001-2016 for the district. The project was for the Department of Town and Country Planning, Malaysia and the Padang Terap District, State of Kedah.

4. 4-Star Hotel Development, Kepala Batas, Penang, Malaysia
Project managed and responsible for the production of a Traffic Assessment Report for a 150 rooms hotel complex in Kepala Batas, Penang.

Main study consultant and responsible for a Traffic Impact Assessment Report for the Seberang Perai Municipal proposed new traffic management scheme.

Initially  Ansart Sdn Bhd  (ANSART) was very much influenced by TMSU (Traffic Modelling Simulation Unit), her strategic partner from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).  ANSART was also purposely majored in the traffic and transport consultation and our group was known at the time as "Analytical Studies and Research in Transport and Traffic Team".
